Thank you for shopping with Luminouswand. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
2. Shipping Options, Times & Rates
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. At checkout you can choose one of the following options:

Standard Shipping is free on every order. Insured Express Shipping is a faster option that includes full tracking and insurance covering loss or damage in transit.
Estimated delivery times are in addition to the processing time above and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. Insurance, Lost & Damaged Orders
Orders shipped with Insured Express Shipping are protected against loss or damage in transit. If your insured package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resend your order or issue a refund at no additional cost. For Standard Shipping orders, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues.
5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, but contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
