SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Luminous Wand. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or sales events, processing may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following standard shipping option:

Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 Business Days

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 (or applicable bundle offers).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Estimated International Delivery Time: 7 - 15 Business Days (depending on the destination country's customs processing).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Luminous Wand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support team.
