We want you to love your Luminouswand purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@luminouswand.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@luminouswand.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll do our best to resolve it.
